VPNMath is operated by IdeaMaths (“we”, “us”, “our”). VPNMath lets you provision private WireGuard VPN endpoints on demand. Where this policy refers to “the Service”, it means the VPNMath website, dashboard and orchestration software.

• We do not log, monitor, or inspect the traffic that passes through your VPN tunnels.
• VPN endpoints are single-tenant: they run in infrastructure dedicated to you, not shared with other users.
• We collect the minimum information needed to run your account and provision your servers.
• We never sell your personal information.

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier so we can create and secure your account.

Infrastructure configuration. To provision a VPN, we store the settings you choose — such as the cloud region and the metadata of the compute instances we create on your behalf (instance IDs, public IP addresses, and status).

Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is handled by our payment processor. We retain only the records needed for invoicing and tax — we do not store your full card details.

Technical data. Like most websites, our servers automatically record basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) for security and to keep the Service running reliably.

• The websites you visit or the contents of your network traffic.
• DNS queries made through your tunnel.
• Connection timestamps or bandwidth logs tied to your browsing.

Your VPN servers run on compute provisioned for you. When you turn an endpoint off, the underlying virtual machine and its disk are destroyed, removing the keys and any transient state stored on it.

• To authenticate you and operate your account.
• To provision, start, stop and destroy VPN endpoints at your request.
• To provide support and respond to your enquiries.
• To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process your data to perform our contract with you (running the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

We share data only with service providers that help us run VPNMath, including cloud infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud), our authentication provider, and our payment processor. These providers process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as required for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes. Infrastructure metadata is deleted shortly after the corresponding endpoint is destroyed. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

VPN tunnels use the WireGuard protocol with modern encryption. We protect access to the Service with industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration and loss.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

Because you can provision endpoints in regions around the world, your configuration data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
